What does your “preliminary estimate” consist of?
Our preliminary estimate will list in chronological
order, a description of the phases of construction
[along with a brief description of materials, etc.] we
anticipate performing. We also include
“allowances” for certain items, such as electrical &
plumbing fixtures, cabinets and appliances. And
finally you will see a proposal price.
