What if we don’t have architectural drawings? Does
your company provide this service as well?
Yes we can provide this service for you. For the
sake of estimating your project we will need a
“rough sketch drawing” with dimensions of wall
lengths, window openings, door openings, etc.
Either you can provide the “rough sketch drawing”
or we can do a “preliminary rough drawing” which
would include; floor plan views, side elevations [if it’s
an addition to your house] and 3-D perspective
drawings. We offer this “rough drawing” service for
a flat fee of $300.00. [This fee covers our in house
drafting costs.] If we are selected to be your
General Contractor, this fee will then be credited
into your job.
