What is a “preliminary estimate”?
A “preliminary estimate” is basically a ballpark
estimate, to see if we are within the parameters of
your budget. If at this point we are within your
budget range, then we will ask our plumber and/or
electrician to meet with us at your project, to get
“firm estimates” from them. Once receiving their
estimates we will submit to you a “Firm Estimate”.
