These jobs were sometimes a challenge, due
to the fact that we had only a "90 day window"
to go completely from framing to finish, with a
4 man crew. Matsuo had the foundation
ready for our arrival, took care of the
plumbing and electrical. They took care of the
finish concrete and landscaping. The rest was
up to AHD. Needless to say, the shipments
out of HBC had to be timely, the mtl quantities
had to be "dead on accurate", and labor
wise, we had to finish on time. Everything
had to be planned out, well in advance.
